The situation
The board meets Friday. Leo needs one page: what does running Code Nexus on Azure and Code Nexus Search on AWS actually cost, how resilient is the setup, and what support does Code Nexus pay each vendor for. Maya has pulled the invoices. Someone in the room has already circulated a slide claiming 'two clouds = twice the resilience' and a proposal to run a new analytics service active-active across both.

It corrects the resilience claim: workload recovery depends on its tested design and dependencies, rather than the number of cloud providers.
